I've lost my registration key. Is it possible to restore it?

Dear customers! The registration scheme in follow products has been changed
since previouse versions. The registration keys of the previous versions will
not work. If you are a registered user, kindly request new key at newkey@mediatwins.com
using your valid e-mail address, which you had used for the previous registration.
You registration key will be e-mailed to you automatically.
- Advanced Encode Decode Tools v.1.061 and later
- Advanced Audio CD Ripper v.1.049 and later
- WMA Encoder Decoder v.1.4.7 and later
- AC3 Decoder v.1.2.3 and later
- Ogg Encoder Decoder v.1.2.7 and later
If you had changed your e-mail address, you can request your new registration
key by
sending us your registration details used in previous registration (e-mail,
number of order, registration name). Just open new ticket (Request to restore unlock key).
